Todd Groendycke is the heart and soul behind Maintenance OC. In 1992, Todd became a licensed contractor and founded his own business, Chameleon Painting. Todd built a successful company through developing partnerships and rapport with employees, designers, architects, suppliers, and numerous clients.  Utilizing his skills and prior management experience, Todd established a reputable company.

In 2004, Todd left the painting industry to work for a large, privately held home builder. Todd managed the extended warranties for the south coast region, specializing in water intrusion. Unsurpassed customer service has always been Todd's priority.

With over 25 years of management experience in the painting and construction industries, Todd has the skill and understanding to successfully provide the highest quality service and workmanship.
